“Heavenly Father, I thank you for another beautiful day. I thank You for my life, I thank You for my job and I thank You for the lives of my family. May Your name be praised. I thank You, Father, for Your Love, Your blessings, and Your favor upon my life. I thank You for preserving me and my family each and every day.

Father, I come before Your presence this day seeking protection. I ask that You protect me against spiritual and physical enemies. I ask that You bless me with the strength to resist any attack from the evil one. Help me put on Your full amour and Your breastplate of righteousness. Lord, protect me when I sleep and when I wake up. Please remove all the traps that have been set for me that I cannot see. I ask that You protect me from the eyes and the snares of the evil one.

Order my steps so I do not walk in the company of the wicked. I ask that You protect my family and me from worldly cultures that will result in us losing our souls. Protect me from all evil attention from strangers and even those close to me. Father, I ask that You hinder anyone with an evil intention from coming into my life. Be a shining light unto my feet so I won’t walk in thorns or slippery slopes. Please protect me from all evil including the ones I bring upon myself.

Let me not wander away from Your protection and give me the strength to walk with you. Guide me from dawn to dusk and watch over me in everything that I do. I ask that You be my companion wherever I go. Let anyone who wishes evil for me and my family face Your wrath. Fight my battles for me, dear Lord. Speak for me when I have no words. Your word tells me in 2 Samuel 22 : 3 – 4 that, You are my God, my rock, in whom will I trust, You are my shield and the horn of my salvation, my high tower and my refuge, my savior; You save me from violence.

I will call on You Lord who is worthy to be praised, so shall I be saved from my enemies. Father, I stand on Your word and I ask that You continue to be my shield and my rock, for my trust is in You only. Help me wear my spiritual armor well, in every area of my life. Seal up the exits that cry for escape when responsibilities grow heavy on my shoulders. Thank You that You promise to carry my burdens and lighten my load in the daily battles of life. Preserve my testimony and keep my faith rooted deeply in You, Lord. You are my Sure Defense, and You are the only One who can truly keep me safe.

I know Father, that You will always protect me because I am very precious to You. I thank You, God, for an answered prayer in Jesus’ name I have prayed, Amen.”
